The 40th anniversary of Mario Ortiz at the Firehouse restaurant will be marked with a wine auction beginning at 6 p.m. Aug. 13 at the restaurant, Old Sacramento, 1112 Second St. Register at www.FirehouseWineAuction.com. Additionally, the Firehouse will donate 15 percent of revenue generated there Aug. 7-12 to Shriners Hospitals for Children Northern California.
