Red Bluff Masons donate to Tehama County PAL

During the Tehama County Police Activities League monthly board meeting in November, Senior Warden Terrance Freije of the Vesper Masonic Lodge #84 presented PAL President and CHP officer Phillip Mackintosh with a generous donation.
