Notice of Meetings & Events for  
Summer 2015
 
Hillah Shriners Stated Meeting in Canyonville  Friday June 12th
Dinner begins at 6:00 PM at The Lodge at South Umpqua Lodge #72 in Canyonville.  The stated meeting starts at 7:00 PM.  This is part of Hillah’s effort to bring its meetings out to the Nobililty. A new Shriner, Joshua B. Frasier from Coquille, will be Fezzed  It is a great opportunity Coos County Shrine Club members to participate in a Hillah meeting and support our new member.  Lets get several groups together and car pool over to Canyonville for the meeting.  The Lodge is located at 210 SW 5th Street, Canyonville.  Please call Kay at the Hillah office (541-774-1305) to register for the dinner.
 
Shrine Club Business Meetings  Wednesday June 17, 2015
Meeting begins at 12:00 Noon at Coney Station Restaurant.  All Shriners are encouraged to attend!              
            There are no Business meetings scheduled for July or August.
 
Shrine Club Social Meeting – Friday June 19, 2015
Held at Coney Station Restaurant. Oasis begins at 6:00 PM with the dinner and the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM. All Masons and their Ladies are invited.  
            There are no Friday Social meetings scheduled for July or August.
 
All Masonic Picnic July 11th, 2015 Sturdivant Park Coquille
All Masons, Shriners and all other men’s women’s and youth Masonic groups are invited.  The horseshoe tournament begins at 9:00 AM.  Food service opens at11:00 AM.
 
Coos County Shriners Picnic at Mast Shrine Grove
Still under development - Tentative date - Sunday August 9th.  More info in next month’s notice.
 
 Donkey Baseball - August 30, 2015
The very first Coos County Shriners Donkey Baseball Game will be Sunday, August 30, 2015 2:00 PM at the Coos County Fairgrounds.  Please reserve the date on your calendar.  The Club and Oriental Band will be cooperating on the project.  We will be serving refreshments and the Masonic Child ID Program will be operating.
