Nobles and Ladies,
We have been overwhelmed with the request for info about the Constitution and Installation of Officers Ceremony for Hunter's Paradise #85. As most of you already know, at Grand Lodge Communications just over a week ago, Hunter's Paradise Lodge #85 was granted its Charter by the Brothers and members of the Grand Lodge.
The next step is to constitutionalize the lodge and install it's officers. After a good deal of coordination with the Grand Master, we were able to coordinate a date for this to happen. This Wednesday (Yes tomorrow), we will have the ceremony in the auditorium of the Shrine. Our small lodge room would never hold as many people who want to attend.
Raising a lodge does not happen often and promises to be something to behold. That is why this ceremony will be a public/open ceremony. That means ladies, families and friends are more than welcome to attend.
Who: YOU, family, and friends are invited to attend.
What: Hunter's Paradise Lodge installation of officers.
When: Tomorrow! Wednesday (6/19) at 6:30 pm. (You may want to be there early)
Where: El Zaribah Shrine Auditorium @ 552 N. 40th St. Phoenix, AZ 85008
Why: Because it's the next step in becoming a lodge.
How: Grand Lodge Officers will Constitutionalize the lodge and install it's officers.
Attire: Grand Lodge and Lodge Officers will be in Tuxedo. Everyone else may wear organization uniform
(i.e. - Lodge shirts), Business Casual is also appropriate.
